Empowering marginalized and displaced people by teaching them self-defense techniques as a method of violence prevention.
We aim to empower people on the move across the main European migration routes, by giving them the knowledge, the self-trust as well as the tools to defend themselves and stand up for their personal needs. Facilitating self defense seminars across the refugee camps and shelter in Europe we will increase the safety of individuals by teaching them basic self defense mechanisms, increase autonomy by empowering women to use their VOICE to stand up for themselves and finally create a solidarity network of women to facilitate support and care taking of one another.
